HITTHITT is a strength training and cardio class for a total body workout. Weight training will be incorporated as weall. This class is designed to help shape and stregthen your complete body. Bring your determination and energy!!!
ZUMBAZUMBA* is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
YogaYoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yogawill lead you to a sense of peace and well-being.
SpinningSpinning foucuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a 80lb weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Hip Hop StrengthA cardio dance class that incorporates weight training in between dance sets.
PilatesPilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
PumpInvigorating barbell workout that exercises all the major muscle groupsfor a more toned, fitter and healthier you.
