Belly DancingShimmy your way to a sculpting body by shaking your hips and moving your abdominal muscles. Feel free to add flare and wear a hipscarf.
ZUMBAZUMBA* is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
YogaYoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yogawill lead you to a sense of peace and well-being.
StretchStretch Class is great for relaxing and lengthening muscles while increasing range of motion and mobility. It relieves tension, stress and helps to prevent injuries. This is a great additional class post-workout.
Hip Hop StrengthA cardio dance class that incorporates weight training in between dance sets.
PilatesPilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
